Introduction
In many industries today, there is a fundamental need for handling materials and other goods. Our goal is to provide participants with thorough theoretical and practical training in the safe use of forklifts, based on the applicable training plans. A forklift operator with the right competence and understanding will help reduce the risk of accidents and injuries during work operations.
Duration and content
Our forklift courses run over 3 days and are structured as follows:
- 1.5 days of theory
- 1.5 days of practice
The course includes the following modules:
Module 1 – E-learning (approx. 3 hours), game-based solution from Fidl
Module 2.2 – Classroom instruction (approx. 14 hours)
Module 2.2 – Remote instruction (approx. 8 hours)
The final theoretical exam is taken online on the attendance day for Module 1, and the final exam for Module 2.2 is given upon completion of the module.
Prices
Prices vary depending on whether you choose an express course, individual classes, or a multi-day course.
- An express course costs NOK 2,990
- A three-day course costs NOK 7,500 (lunch not included – an additional NOK 150 for lunch at the Lindeberg location)
- Individual classes such as T1 or T2 cost between NOK 1,700–2,990 depending on the class selected
Explanation of classes:
- Class T1 = Pallet stacker, towing tractor and straddle truck (pedestrian stackers and pedestrian support-leg forklifts)
- Class T2 = Reach truck and 4-way truck
- Class T3 = High-lift order picker / Swing-reach / Side loader / Operator-up forklift
- Class T4 = Counterbalance forklift
