Description
The 260 TJ+ ST5 is a diesel-powered mobile elevating work platform from Manitou, of the telescopic boom lift type.
It is the mid-range model in the TJ series among Manitou's mobile elevating work platforms and combines what sets the 260 TJ apart from the standard model: the plus designation means a large basket capacity of 408 kg and 3 persons, and 260 refers to the working height of approximately 26 metres. This makes it the most versatile choice in the range for demanding construction assignments where both height and capacity are required.
Working height is 25.89 metres and outreach is 19.70 metres. The turret rotates 360 degrees and the basket swivels 90 degrees to each side. Four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and a pendulum axle provide good stability on uneven ground.
The machine is well suited to facade refurbishment and work at height on large construction projects, industrial maintenance and inspection of tall structures, and events where heavy equipment installation at considerable height is required.
If you need a lower machine with the same large basket capacity, the 220 TJ+ is available with 21.74 metres of working height. If you need even more height and outreach, the 280 TJ ST5 is available with 27.73 metres.
Operating a mobile elevating work platform of this type requires a valid certificate, which can be obtained through a machine operator course with us.
