Description
The STILL AXL iGo is an autonomous low lift pallet truck designed to automate one of the most time-consuming processes in warehouse logistics – loading and unloading trucks. Using advanced sensors and intelligent algorithms, the AXL iGo navigates with high precision both in the pre-loading area and inside the truck trailer, eliminating the need for stationary safety systems or additional infrastructure.
The solution streamlines inbound and outbound material flow while allowing employees to focus on more value-adding tasks. AXL iGo can handle standardised pallets weighing up to 1,500 kg, and with two vehicles operating in tandem, the system can load up to 30 pallets in approximately 35 minutes.
It integrates seamlessly with existing warehouse management systems (WMS) and intralogistics solutions, ensuring smooth communication between receiving, storage and shipping operations. This results in increased process reliability, improved throughput and more efficient use of logistics resources.
With 360° safety monitoring, continuous environmental scanning and precise pallet handling, the AXL iGo provides a safe automation solution even in busy and complex environments. The system is fully scalable, and fleet operations can be easily managed via a browser-based fleet management interface.
