Description
The STILL Bin-to-Person system is a flexible, fully automated goods-to-person storage solution designed for efficient order picking in distribution centres, fulfilment warehouses and e-commerce operations. The system automates the transport of KLT containers, cartons and other bins directly to operator workstations, reducing walking distances and significantly increasing productivity. Compared to manual picking, the solution can improve picking rates by up to four times and support up to 500 picks per hour.
Its modular design allows flexible combinations of racking systems, bin pickers, AMR-based bin movers and ergonomic workstations to meet different storage and performance requirements. With storage heights of up to 12 metres and options for single-, double- or multi-deep storage, the system maximises warehouse capacity while offering exceptional flexibility.
The STILL Bin-to-Person solution integrates seamlessly with existing warehouse management systems (WMS) and can scale from smaller warehouse setups to high-performance automated operations. Intelligent AMRs ensure fast and accurate transport between storage areas and workstations, while strategically placed charging and maintenance areas maximise uptime.
