Description
The Manitou MLA 2-25 H is a compact articulated loader that, despite its size, is a true all-terrain machine like the larger models in the range. MLA is Manitou’s designation for articulated loaders.
According to the Manitou MLA 2-25 H product page, the machine has an 18.4 kW (24.7 hp) engine and an unladen weight of 1,740 kg (with forks and a 4-post canopy). Static tipping load is 1,015 kg with bucket (straight) and 865 kg (full turn), and 740 kg with forks (straight) and 630 kg (full turn). Maximum height of the bucket pivot point is 2,736 mm. The MLA 2-25 H is part of the range of Manitou articulated loaders at Hesselberg.
The machine has a three-cylinder Perkins 403J-11 engine that meets Stage V. The transmission is hydrostatic with four wheel motors, and top speed is 12 km/h. The hydraulics deliver 30 l/min at 207 bar, and the fuel tank holds 30 litres.
With a width of 1,040 mm (less bucket), a 45° articulation angle and an 11° oscillation angle, the machine is easy to manoeuvre in tight areas and on uneven ground. Dump height is 2,008 mm, and bucket width is 1,100 mm.
The MLA 2-25 H suits landscaping, hobby farms and other jobs where you need a small loader that makes large jobs easier. Manitou states that the open canopy or full cabin, together with the operator station, gives better visibility around the machine.
