Description

The Linde T-MATIC core is an automated pallet truck designed for efficient, autonomous truck loading directly from the loading dock. With a 1,500 kg load capacity, it transports and positions Euro pallets safely and accurately without requiring additional warehouse infrastructure. Using advanced 3D Visual SLAM technology, LiDAR sensors and 3D cameras, the T-MATIC core navigates autonomously between the warehouse and trailer while detecting people and obstacles in real time. Two T-MATIC core trucks can load up to 30 Euro pallets in approximately 35 minutes, with only the final row requiring manual placement. Its integrated 12 kWh lithium-ion battery provides more than eight hours of operating time, making it ideal for multi-shift operations in logistics, food production, retail and pharmaceutical industries. The truck integrates seamlessly with warehouse management systems (WMS) and dock door control systems for fully connected logistics processes. Integrated safety features, including 360° laser scanners, cliff detection, 3D cameras and Linde BlueSpot, ensure safe collaboration between people and automated equipment. Built on Linde's proven pallet truck platform, the T-MATIC core delivers exceptional reliability, low maintenance requirements and convenient remote diagnostics.
