Description
The Komatsu WA100M-8 is a compact wheel loader that delivers efficient operation at low cost. In the model name, 100 refers to the size class, while M-8 indicates the series and generation.

The WA100M-8 has a Komatsu SAA4D94LE-3 engine that meets EU Stage V, with Komatsu’s proven Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system. The engine delivers high torque even at low rpm, and a fully automatic hydrostatic transmission sends power to all four wheels. A low centre of gravity improves stability, and the compact dimensions and a new engine hood give good all-round visibility. The rear axle oscillates, which gives suspension-like operator comfort and strong, stable landscaping and earthmoving performance.
The large cabin has big storage boxes, wide windows and ample leg space. The ergonomic controls include a PPC multi-function lever, which is available with electronic control (EPC) for the third and fourth hydraulic functions.
The machine suits construction sites, recycling and agricultural work. Parallel lift with Easy Fork kinematics gives good visibility of the attachment and tyres when working with pallet forks. A hydraulic quick coupler is fitted as standard, and a wide range of attachments is available. Komatsu’s redesigned 1.3 m³ digging bucket has better penetration, a longer bucket bottom, modified back and side walls and a new spill guard design. It is easier to fill, which can boost productivity and reduce fuel consumption.
The cab tilts up, giving quick and easy access to all components for servicing. Komtrax is Komatsu’s wireless monitoring system, which makes it easy to track your machine’s location, performance and status.
