Komatsu WA170M-11

Description

The Komatsu WA170M-11 is a compact wheel loader in the 10-tonne class that combines versatility, productivity and compact dimensions. In the model name, M refers to the series and -11 indicates the model generation.

According to the Komatsu WA170M-11 product page, the machine has a 96 kW (130.5 hp) engine, an operating weight of 9,580–10,575 kg and a tipping load of 7.2 tonnes. Bucket capacity is 1.5–1.7 m³. The WA170M-11 is part of the range of Komatsu wheel loaders at Hesselberg.

The WA170M-11 has an engine that meets EU Stage V, a highly efficient hydrostatic drive line and axles that deliver maximum traction on demand. The machine has two linkage options, a High-Flow pump for hydraulic attachment lines, high-efficiency buckets and adjustable idle shutdown, which helps reduce fuel consumption. The rear axle oscillates, which gives good comfort and stability for the operator.

The operator gets a new air-suspended seat, a large multifunctional monitor and an HD rear-view camera. The cab has two full doors, and there are steps for cleaning the front window. Different steering controls and a seat belt warning indicator are available as options.

For servicing, the machine has a wide-core radiator and a tilting cab and engine hood, giving easy access to components. An auto-reversible fan and a factory-fitted automatic lubrication system are available as options.

The machine suits both industrial and construction work where you need more capacity than the smaller models in the compact wheel loader range.
