Description
The Linde H100–H180 (1401 series) is a heavy forklift from Linde with a diesel engine, covering lifting capacities from 10 tonnes (H100) to 18 tonnes (H180). The series supports HVO diesel for a lower carbon footprint without technical modifications.
The H100–H180 uses hydrostatic direct drive without gearbox, clutch or drum brakes, providing millimetre-precise movements and efficient stop-start operation.
This is the advantage over the HT100–HT180 (1411 series), which uses a hydrodynamic drivetrain with a gearbox and is optimised for fast transport over long distances. The E100–E180 (1471 series) covers the same weight class electrically and is the alternative where emission-free operation is a requirement. The H100–H180 is the choice where precise handling and continuous stop-start operation are the primary priorities.
Engine speed is automatically regulated to match power demand, keeping the engine in its most efficient operating range and reducing fuel consumption. Top speed is up to 30 km/h. A tiltable cab via an electro-hydraulic pump provides easy access to the engine compartment from both sides, and a side compartment gives quick access to filters, battery and diagnostic connector.
The operator compartment is decoupled from the chassis and engine with rubber mounts for low vibration levels. A seat with hydraulic suspension, height-adjustable armrest and steering column ensure an ergonomic working position. A visibility-oriented counterweight has significantly reduced the blind spot behind the truck, and large glass surfaces with a curved windscreen provide good visibility in all directions. As an option, the cab can be rotated up to 65 degrees or raised up to 2.5 metres for optimal visibility during specialised operations.
Operating a forklift of this type requires a forklift operator licence class T6, which can be obtained through a large forklift course class T6–T8 with us.
