Compared to the Komatsu PC210LC-11, the Komatsu PC240LC-11 delivers greater lifting capacity and more power for demanding digging. At the same time it is more flexible and easier to transport than the Komatsu PC290LC-11, placing it squarely in the middle of the Komatsu excavator range and making it a natural choice when the 21-tonne class is too small but a 29-tonne machine is more than the project requires.
