Description
The Linde Xi16–Xi20 P (1251 series) is an electric four-wheel forklift from Linde, covering lifting capacities from 1.6 tonnes (Xi16) to 2.0 tonnes (Xi20). The Xi16–Xi20 P is part of the Linde 1251 series and is the highest-performing four-wheel model in the 1 to 2-tonne class.
What makes the Xi16–Xi20 P unique is the combination of 90-volt technology with an integrated Li-ION battery and a choice between two axle types. It is the only four-wheel model in this class that can be configured with either Linde's combination steering axle for tight indoor manoeuvrability, or a pendulum axle for permanent outdoor use on uneven surfaces, without compromising on performance.
Compared to the E16–E20 P (1251 series), which uses 48-volt technology, the Xi16–Xi20 P delivers higher performance and lift speeds up to 20 percent above the industry average.
The Xi16–Xi20 RP is the Roadster variant in the same category, with the A-pillar removed for maximum visibility, but without the pendulum axle as an option.
The Xi16–Xi20 P is particularly well suited to intensive operations with frequent lifting and lowering, such as in production lines, distribution centres and high-throughput warehouses. The combination of high lift speed, a top speed of 21 km/h and efficient motor heat management ensures the truck delivers full performance throughout the entire shift, including in demanding multi-shift operation.
The series is available in six variants with different battery sizes and chassis lengths. The integrated Li-ION battery without a battery tray provides good legroom and a lower step-in height than competing models. The mast, drive axle and steering axle are decoupled from the chassis with elastomer mounts, protecting the operator from vibrations when travelling on uneven surfaces.
Operating a forklift requires a forklift operator licence class T4, which can be obtained through a forklift operator course with us.
